I’m a bit surprised that DB did not address the issue of the proposed legislation as it hit the news last night. I honestly thought that’s what the trading pause was about rather than the CR which it turned out to be.
What is the thought around what the CR is for. Is it yet another show to the government that money can be raised. Is it because approval is imminent. Is it a cash grab from the company. It’s intriguing to say the least.
Interested in rational thoughts on this without bias as I’m at a bit of a loss
