3.7c with one free option exercise 4.6c plus a piggy back option, where, if you convert, you are given a further free option (Low bar, indicating that bar will be met for future money raises instead of more CR). Only $2.5m up to $5m. Reckon this is massively oversubscribed.
Good they are raising only a small amount as it indicates they anticipate being able to raise more later at higher prices. This was always coming.
