That is capacity to raise more, but they seem to be trying to raise a minimum and enticing holders to be longer term players with options and piggy back options. I have been involved in one other non listed entity that did this and its been an absolute winner from the Company's perspective as the Company continues its development, because existing holders keep tipping in, saves fees and rewards long term investors.
Discount is heavy, plus options, so many will not be pleased. But as a long term investor I can live with this as the Company has shown clear turnaround around Jims steady hand
