Thanks for your response MTV. I am a very young/new investor so still learning, so forgive my ignorance. But this seems like a bit of a loophole to get around answering any questions around upcoming CR’s. It looks like they had enough funding for a couple more quarters at least but definitely wasn’t expecting the CR so soon. I personally just think that after the quarterly and the declining sentiment, BLG thought best to raise capital sooner rather than later. Not a bad thing! Like Wedgeman has said, provides us all with some certainty at last!

Given you are new to this game, i will explain why the SP fell. The management started calling brokers and talking cap raise. Immediately they start to sell or tell their "friends and family" to sell. Then they do the CR at a 20% discount to how ever far they can push it down.
