    The purchase of the last contracted (outsourced) company as part of their vertical integration should have been the time to raise money....

    Poorly timed in my view. However is @Lucretious is correct, an interesting way to tap some cash. We need customer orders at least 1-2 that are material, and we need them soonish...

    James Walker should have trotted the line a seasoned chairman would say in answer to the question about a future credit raising (i.e. the company strategically does not comment on if and the timing of credit raisings to protect their commercial interests). Instead he said that a CR would happen but would be later in the year.
