They certainly do need a better comms person helping to strategically manage messaging. Although they have come from the “just do it” part of the world, and done very well at doing it, they are a wee bit rubbish at giving investors the respect of doing their utmost with comms to help shore up the share price. A CEO can get away with not being great with messaging if they take advice from an expert when it counts.
