This structure will ensure adequate working capital funding for the next several years until order flow is adequate enough to break even and become cash flow positive. It provides certainty and removes all questions of capital adequacy. We as shareholders get to participate and with eyes wide open. This is normal for ASX listed companies in the early days. Nobody is saying it was leaked. If the share price was above 6c the deal would have been structured at 5c. Those sales from 6c to 4.5c enabled the deal to be struck at 3.7c. This is awesome for current shareholders whether you have 5000 shares or 15million shares. It’s a great opportunity. Take it or leave it. Your call. Just don’t moan in the months ahead when the share price heads north and breaks over 10c.
