    Brokers can only see if the orders on screen belong to the firm they work for now so it’s not easy to see who the offers are placed with anymore. Once upon a time you could see all of the broker codes and three letter acronym names for the bid and the offer. There is possibly a chance it was under subscribed and BP were left with a bunch that needs to be offloaded. In any case it appears there will be cheap shares on offer for a while over next few weeks. Patiently waiting is the way to go. This could also lead to a reduced price for the offer to shareholders. Very interesting.
