The correct answer to the question was N/A. They were not 'supposed' to put any other information there.
Anyone surprised by this CR is clearly applying the ostrich approach to investing. The only thing that surprises me about it, is that it didn't come much sooner.

Of course it will be dilutive. The price will be at a discount to last few day's VWAP of circa 4.5c. I'm guessing 4.0c +/- 0.1c.
That will look very cheap in a couple of years.
