This looks like it was rushed through as everyone could see it was coming and were selling out (probably below their expected Capital raise price) I am hoping it is to private investors/instos only and already secured in the 4c-5c mark. This will have the least effect on SP.
The positive news in my view is this maybe the last one before revenue rolls in (maybe!!)
