Firstly, apart from a declining share price, I don't see anything in common between the difficulties facing Lynas, a rare earths producer, and NRZ, a very speculative hopeful in the 'fertiliser space'.
Secondly, you seemed to be saying earlier that I was running some sort of vendetta against JP, and had got my man, assuming JP is stepping down, which clearly he isn't. I'm not.
Thirdly, I wasn't suggesting that you have crossed the libel line, but you only have to read back through the last couple of months of NRZ posts to see that the line may well have been crossed. It is very easy to trace a comment back to a particular device and so to its owner. Your phone company knows more about you than you might think. There have been several cases where HC posters have found this out to their cost.
Also, while most companies cannot sue for defamation, companies with only a few employees can do so, as if they were individuals. I forget the exact number, it's about 12. DYOR. I'd say NRZ is probably below that threshold, with all the recent downsizing. Feeling lucky?
