I sympathise with anyone that has held on with this dumpster of a company.
I remember the days ofsensible acquisitions and dividends back in 2020; unheard of for a company witha market-cap of less than 30m ( at the time). Now it’s a total mess of exorbitant financial compensation of board-members, profit warnings, and lawsuits with ex-staff. I got out as fast as I could the moment Will Banks joined and then immediately resigned a month later, scrubbing CI1 from all his socials. He obviously saw something that un-nerved him tremendously.
Any notice from the Receiver’s Office will be nothing short of terrible news, they’re not writing to tell them what a nice job they are doing. I will be shocked if this company somehow sees it to the end of 2024.
