In the past stx starts flow testing and the first we know about it is via firewatch and the locals who live near by. Based on the posts ive read, maybe stx started testing on thur and it was evident it wasn't flowing (like WE5 or was it 3?) hence the need for a TH. I guess we can prob expect some bad news cone mon/tue but maybe they are giving themselves a few days to try and improve the situation????
