If the flow rate is indeed poor, I suspect it has more to do with well completion rather than reservoir. 13m net pay with av porosity of 10.2% and estimated reservoir pressure of 6746psi should have decent flow.

In comparison, SE1 had net pay of 14m with av porosity of 13.3% and estimated reservoir pressure of 6800psi. Even though SE1 flowed at an amazing rate of 78mmsCFpd, it could have been much higher as it was constrained by the pipework in the testing package.

So barring any well completion issue, I'd expect a flow rate somewhere between 40 and 60mmsCFpd as my (un)educated guess.
