Comment; GRE is the JV partner of ARV. GRE's CEO in an interview said he was approached by co's. On Business News, 1 wk ago, it said that GRE has attracted "big players" . The article said that it was following GRE's results. ARV's MARIE discovery was not yet announced at the time. On HC GRE , a poster already said the above. GRE mkt cap $28m. ARV mkt cap $32m. AZS takeover A$1.8bn for 60% of AZS by Gina & SQM. The small licence between GRE-ARV JV & ARV 100% already received $10m for a 75% stake in the licence. So, GRE & ARV ------PER ALASTAIR CLAYTON IS THE SANDWICH. [2/3 of Andover Complex + RDN]. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
CAVEAT: All being discussed and one does not know what the big players will do but logic for everyone is that GRE is $28m mkt cap and ARV is $32m mkt cap and both own the only space left on the Andover [besides RDN, not sure about ERW ?]. Given such a low mkt cap for both ARV & GRE , the latter of which drilling results is due, it appears logical to everyone that Azure got Albm. $20m for 19.9% stake ONLY ON ROCK CHIP RESULTS.
