(a) The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding a
project update on the TGME Gold Mine Project.
(b) The Company requests that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the
release of an announcement regarding the TGME Gold Mine Project, or the
commencement of trading on Tuesday, 13 February 2024.
(c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
(d) There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
