Management and BoD own nearly 10% of COI - do you really believe they would dilute shareholders and themselves if it was not necessary to reach certain milestones and targets. The reasoning behind this raise may be tactical, I bet it's certainly in our interests. They would not raise if not necessary. I am sorry but i cannot take the whining. Most CRs I have endured as a shareholder over my time have been necessary for that company at that point in time. The usual whining takes place but from what I have seen these raises come at important times. So what if they raise at sub-18c? If the share price is 26c-30c come June I will be content.
