I have only been in the stock since December. My thesis after research and channel checks would be that the next capital injection would be through GSA or a strategic investor. That was the key milestone to see value unlocked. To see a capital raise for me was a kick to the nuts because it was total opposite of my expectations. I cant say i blindly trust management to deliver as lets be honest i would say the progress over the last few years has been anemic. I love the thematic, we all know East coast gas is a great place to be, great asset etc but that has been the case for years. That being said everything 'appears' to be lining up so lets see what management can deliver. However i do have time based exit on my investment as opportunity cost to me is also very important. All the best and lets hope this raise indeed was to strengthen the BS to make negotiations easier and an outcome is reached from the data room discussion sooner rather than later .
