Pete - understand the story has been there for a while , and you have held for a long time - but up until recently it was just a story. A few years back gas was 6, now it’s 12 plus . Flow rates have massively improved due to drilling advancements led by our JV partner . In last couple of years we had amazing flow rate from the North Mahalo . The east coast gas shortage has become progressively worse , but this too is a last 3-4 years phenomenon. So you may have been holding for 10 years - but the project in my view has only come into its own in the last 3-4 and Santos have really come to the party in the last few months
