Looks like a merger with Horizon. On the surface I think its a good move. Need time to digest all the information. I think GSR has come to terms with the fact they need to Partner with another company to expediate mining. I would prefer they do this than go belly up. It certainly increases the chances of being profitable. Our shares in GSR will be merged at a ratio just under 3 to 1. Horizon will also lend $450k to Greenstone to get pay for merger costs to get this deal over the line.
