If this is raised at 11 cents then it is a complete victory for the management team. @Jimbill says that the offer has already closed after only 8 hours from trading halt. So, 200k from.r&d, 850k from CG1, and this raise at 11 cents. To think this was only trading at 3.8 cents a few weeks ago. Think of the runway they built to close more enterprise sales. Buckle up.
