Would have liked it higher but as existing shareholders thats what everyone one wants and sometimes that isn't realistic as it needs to be attractive enough to get new investors into the story. The vast majority of raises lately all have options so its great to see this does not have options attached. The raise price and the amount will allow them to be debt free and focus on securing more contracts with what should be enough funds for the rest of 2024. Rip the bandaid off so we can move on
