: REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Nova Eye Medical Limited (Nova) requests a trading halt in the
Company’s securities (ASX Code: EYE) from the commencement of trading on Monday 12 February 2024.
In accordance with ASX Listing rule 17.1, Nova advises:
• The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising
• Nova requests that the trading halt is to remain in place until the earlier of such time it makes
announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising and the commencement of trading on
Wednesday 14 February 2024
• Nova is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and
• Nova is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading
