The poster did mention it well after market close on Friday so I don't think there were any leaks. It's not like we saw any sort of sell off on Friday...
Keen to see what the reason is. Pretty clear that iTrack Advance is performing strongly in the USA so perhaps it's to take advantage of additional growth opportunities. Dilution is never great, but it's a necessary part of being a high growth company.
