Yes, it would appear HRZ is the acquirer. GSR had $500,000 as at 31 December, certainly not in the driver
s seat. Perhaps the idea is that the merged entity is worth more to a future M&A.
In the meantime maybe GSR is closer to a toll milling agreement which could later be expanded to include HRZ projects.
The economics better stack up.
Surely the largest shareholders would have to be in support. If it were that bad how would such a get done.
