I guess we'll have to see. In recent years, HRZ has been more of a property company than a gold miner. It has been selling its assets just to fund its blue chip level administrative fees. Before we get more clarity, I don't feel any excitement or even the slightest trace of confidence that this 'transaction' will be good for the shareholders. It's hard not to be a cynic considering that I don't even remember when was the last time something happened that actually rewarded the shareholders.
