This deal if it goes ahead uses Kin's cash to go off on another tangent.
When a shareholder has such a large percentage of the stock like Delphi does, other shareholders have little say in the direction the company goes.
Monkton took the easy path with his numerous capital raises and we had a choice of going along or going under.

I will wait to see what the diamond drilling at Cardinia shows and then will take the loss, however large it will be, and move on. That is the reality of investing in the small cap exploration game.
