None of the Sophis seem to have the inside on CR which is a good thing
Im going to predict that Monday brings multiple announcements.
There will be a placement to a cornerstone investor who is a tier 1 global company.
This will put a rocket under the SP.
Holders as of a certain date will be eligible to a similar generous offer which will have buyers scrambling to buy before cut off date.
Say 2 week timeframe.
Close to the end of the 2 weeks we’ll see another significant announcement which will ensure limited sell down one the CR shares are issued.
I think holders have a right to expect a scenario like this one.
Just another garden variety CR dilution would be a slap in the face after so much patience, and would generate serious doubt as to whether Hazer is ever going to deliver for holders.
Its make or break time IMHO
