I'll reserve judgement until I see the details of why raise now, and what for. (No doubt next weeks price action will tell me if its rubbish or not)
With $10m cash in hand its not a forced raise. Therefore I expect it to be for something worthwhile like accelerating the progress with Fortis or Mitsui for example.
GC did mention in that Venn Brown interview that they had to move fast.....
I think the recent discussion here reflects that too.
