The presso is to find out if there is enough interest to proceed with a CR!!!!!!!!! - if not no CR, if so TH - but then there is all of yesterday for the sp to be pushed down - that is why i say it is F**ked system.
i agree - this should all be done after the TH - but the system the way it is allows this effective insider trading to happen, BUT NO MANAGEMENT today would go to a TH without knowing they call fill the order becuae it they could not - what do you think would happen then!!!! and this is why it makes the capital so expensive becuase the Co has to raise it such a low price
