Hastings Technology Metals Ltd (”the Company”) requests a trading halt in its securities until the earlier
of an announcement to the market regarding a material tolling and offtake agreement or the
commencement of trading on Monday, 19 February 2024.
In accordance with listing rule 17.1 the Company advises that:
