almost exaclty what I emailed to Jon, timing seems crazy, no need to rush with cash in bank of 15 million, seems a great time to allow some investors to get in cheap just before permit is apporved and drilling starts, meanwhile giving them the freedom of a tax offset, win win for them, loss loss for current holders. If there is a dump late this month early next month i will be reporting this for sure. They have put anither heavy ceiling on the SP
