I do hope that this is the scenario, it would be better that someone else took over fast tracking development of Lac Rainy it would be a waste not capitalising on such a huge & high quality resource. MLS are incapable of managing anything that size, root/brothel comes to mind. Besides it would be a good earner for their retirement fund.
