Logically it would make sense to raise later after the drill campaign has increased the sp. It seems like they have Canadian friends who already know the project has been earmarked. Anyway my background is Project Management so I will ask the relevant questions. When will they start drilling? Whats the expected expenditure and what are the relevant timelines moving into the production stage. Simple things that should have been adressed in this announcement so it doesn't feel so out of leftfield.
