Some one wants in badly and the also get in as cheap as possible.
No chance of buying on market so the company has cut a deal with a mate in my opinion.
all positive when there is secret hand shakes going on. There is money to be made here and lost of it.
i would not be surprised if retail are pushed aside for sophisticated people, as they mostly do on the run up. Impossibly low soi for anyone to play with out a hand up.
