Agree, doubling the 2024 drill program with only $4 miillion cash would have been a challenge.
I am bit surprised or shocked by the sudden Capital Raise and where it will be spent. Hopefully, >90% at Storm and minimal at Utah projects.
Strategically, management may want to hit the ground running, spend big on geophysics and drilling in Q2 to speed up the pace of the information flow from Storm!!!
