A capital raise was flagged 3 months ago... its quite likely they could " squeak through " but it's prudent to have some cash backing whilst revenue is still lumpy.
Ben's on market buy has no relevance as the facts were already known.
We'll have to wait and see about the terms, hopefully they've learnt something about raising capital from past experiences
