Being a Sophisticated Investor is more than just your value of cash outside of the home and/or your income level.
It is an attitude!
I teach Financial Intelligence to my clients and always mention that wealth happens in your head before it happens in your wallet/bank account.

If you are so concerned, rather than spruik that on HC, please contact Nan and have a discussion.
You either believe Nan and the team have made the right decision or you don't.
Please stop speculating and get the answers you seek from the people that can provide them.

Yes, there is execution risk, as with any company.
Given the history (existing PCEs), there is no evidence execution will not be met.
The expanded outdoor crops have already been planted.
What they need is extra packaging capability.
They also want to bring in house the packaging services which will increase margins.

Nan has stated ECS have recognised the need to grow faster than the organic path they were on.
Their decision appears to largely be around opportunity cost and being First in Class and/or Best in Class.
History shows first movers typically hold the highest market share.
Do you move and grow as fast as you can?
...do you continue the slower organic path?
ECS chose the faster... I for one support that.
