I watched it and can recall the following points in my own words:

    • ECS has more offtakes than current capacity
    • Organic growth is too slow
    • Desire to be number one producer in Oz
    • Desire to be cheapest flower producer in Oz
    • Desire to be first in class with VesiSorb type solutions
    • i.e. sees first mover advantage important for market share
    • Only producer with organic certification (expected soon)
    • Desire to be Best in Class producer with cheapest Australian production
    • Performance of peers suggest some will hit the wall in the near term.
    • With peers closing there is an opportunity to win more clients.
    • i.e. need to be ready to service them
    • ECS have a 4 year growth plan for PCEs
    • ECS has approval for 13 tpa and needs this expansion to reach that.

Some smart questions were asked and answered
    • ECS is already servicing veterans
    • The VesiSorb solution will make a difference because the oils taste pretty horrible apparently.

IMO being FIC and BIC is important to Nan and ECS.
It makes a huge difference to market share in the long run.

    That's all I remember.

    Cheers
