Given the relatively limited liquidity of the stock, it’s not overly fair on holders that institutions be allowed substantial access at current prices when they otherwise wouldn’t be able to accumulate at these levels.

I’m not a man of faith, but I am praying that the board values themselves and their holders. 3c or above for the raise will ease my tension.
