interestingly , we now have a sub holder with 17% who can facilitate realisation of the value of the assets via sale or development.
These guys aren't here for 10-20% . we know this asset with some drilling is likely to be much bigger and worth alot more and stacks up well on a global tin project comparison and is in a safe jurisdiction
I believe Heemskirk is carried at 12 m on the books - that in itself is a 50% premium to current market cap, but its obviously worth more to an natural owner like MLX or a mid cap resource company looking for Tin exposure. Tin is also much higher now so book value when reviewed likely to go up by a large degree
