If Lot has a lot of money to raise to start its mine, 99.9% of the juniors will not be able to even think about starting their mines at all.
I have priced in 300 million shares issued to raise $90 million and the rest are from offtakes and debt facilities.
it would give us 2 billion shares outstanding and at least 1 billion dollars market cap without price in ACB asset. If the uranium price goes up to $150, it wouldn’t surprise me to have the current PDN valuation. It takes time to play of course.
There were large pull backs in the last bull market. Please see the chart attached. This time the fundamentals are way better than that of 2006.
