I agree with the nasty surprise part. The emotional side of me says that HGO is a slot machine that never pays out…
However, I disagree that this is an emergency raise due to a cash shortage. They had enough to get through given we remain on schedule.
I am quite certain this is about ramping up to full plant capacity asap. I am sick of waiting. Better to spend and ramp up faster rather than wait for the cash to trickle in.
