$10m, 2 quarters and it's gone. At current expenditure rates the directors/CEO had to act as I assume cash received and expansion would have seen them close to the line on their directors duties. I have a company in exactly the same boat, started production and had to raise like this. That company is now very profitable it's really a timing thing and with only $10m the responsible thing to do.
