Sophs don’t come to any CR party without huge $$$ advantages…..is there a premium to the VWAP ? In that case their buy in price could be 0.000002c per share……no sweat says the BOD…..dilution is only a word beginning with ‘d.’ Soph says ‘what about your retail shareholders ?’ BOD says ‘what are retail shareholders ?’ Do we have any of those ?
