Yes the funding is for the clear debt, that’s fine. But do you think the retail investors would care if their money just got screwed over by the management and institution?

But looking at the timeline it really seems very dodgy and questionable conduct:

    1) Institutions consolidating the shares at sub-1 cents with BOTs selling small amount of shares on every Buy order made.

    2) Institutions starts pumping shares from last week 12/02/2024 without any material announcements.

    3) Some minor news about project expansion news start seeing retail investors buying in.

    4) Institutions starts offloading shares to retail investors whilst with occasional large transactions to move up the share price.

    5) AUZ announced further REE announcement, institutions began to offload tens of millions if not hundreds of million of shares worth millions of dollars to retail.

    6) By this stage we can safely argue that institutions knows the capital raising is coming so they can buy back tens or hundreds of millions shares at steep discount.

    7) Retail investors got screwed over without the insider information, assuming trading will continue but now they are trapped and there are hundreds of millions of new cheap shares being created.
