Haha i wouldn't call the GA project an "add on".
You think Angola has a work force all the necessary skills they need. Again do you think they can build a factory and have everything else magically happen? We already knew their cash on hand was earmarked for the Green Ammonia project and operating costs. Funds for plant construction was always going to come from ideally debt or another capital raise, now it looks like it'll be both which most of us were probably expecting the last couple of months.
