Wouldn't surprise me. That seller seemed in a hurry to get out at 9.5 after it was trading closer to 10c.
I have been offered shares but I shouldn't reveal details yet. However, it's not for the full $26mill or even close and there is no problem at all with the IDC loan. It's just not ready yet and two major construction items are set to start next week so they needed the bridging funding to avoid delaying construction.
Wouldn't surprise me. That seller seemed in a hurry to get out...
