Would love to hear this from the company. It sounds perfectly feasible. I would much rather a small cap raise to progress construction and then receive IDC funding for the remainder, rather than delay the project any longer.
There's nothing wrong with a CR to progress a project that's going to generate considerable revenue. It's not like it's a CR for wildcat drilling or something else that's highly risky. Clearly MNB has attempted to (and continues to) attempt to fund the project through non-dilutionary means. Just another hurdle. Anyone who's worked in project delivery knows every project is filled with hurdles. I for one will be topping up on the dip to CR levels if that happens.
