The issues have been "minor" to you? Misrepresentations committed numerous times have been "minor" to you? If this guy were a project manager in a big and high performing company in the ASX, he would have been fired a long time ago.
On your point of scaring new investors away, please read my post just above this one. I never said "don't buy", my posts were hinting more on the "buy but be extremely cautious and not too hastily because there have been craps going on that may delay/dampen the sp growth potential".
